At Kelchner Cattle Company, we take pride in raising premium, grass-fed beef to meet your exact specifications.

Due to the nature of our process-upon-order format, the following cancellation & refund policy applies:

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of initial deposit to receive a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.  After 24 hours cancellations are no longer accepted, and payments are non-refundable.

Order Change Policy:

If you need to adjust your order details, such as cut preferences, changes must be requested no later than 72 hours before the processing date.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Kelchner Cattle Company does not accept returns or issue refunds for beef that has been delivered. We encourage you to review our cancellation policy if you wish to cancel an order prior to delivery.
